@yilufeixue, it looks like maybe you're running in to #19901. Can you try the workaround mentioned in the bug report, which is to import to device.id rather than just device?

I have successfully imported the data, and I think there may be a duplicate module-bays data，But strangely, this error is not like other modules that have obvious error prompts when importing data，
I have used device.id to import data
