What happened?

Calling either AddOrUpdateTeamRepositoryPermissions() or RemoveARepositoryFromATeam() on GitHubClient.Organization.Team results in an ApiValidationException with an HTML payload from the server. The human-readable portion of the payload includes the phrase "Your browser did something unexpected."
