Not sure if this is related with truffleruby or the docker image, but I just started seeing this error popping up in httpx truffleruby builds on process boot:

Thanks for the report, @HoneyryderChuck. What was the last version of TruffleRuby that worked fine for you? 24.2.1?

And could you try using 24.2.2-ol9? It seems the current latest is based on OL10, which may be the culprit.

The last successful run I can find is this one. the details:

truffleruby 24.2.1, like ruby 3.3.7, GraalVM CE Native [x86_64-linux]
Oracle Linux 9 BaseOS Latest (x86_64)            61 MB/s |  66 MB     00:01    
Oracle Linux 9 Application Stream Packages (x86  61 MB/s |  61 MB     00:00   

it's probably more related with the base image, I'd say?

And could you try using 24.2.2-ol9? It seems the current latest is based on OL10, which may be the culprit.

just did, the same error didn't happen, which is a positive sign.
