Sync for Reddit PiracyChecker Patch

Looking at the codebase for sync for reddit patches, I see there is a piracychecker patch.

Is this patch available to use? If not how can we release this patch to use?

Are there plans to release it or should I open a PR and just add the name?

It's already used by spoof client

Hmm I wanted to test and patch sync for reddit v20 _beta 35 APK . I chose just the ads and the spoof client patches. The patching and the installation succeeded. However after installing and opening I get the message about the app being modified and should download the latest from the play store.

Is there a way to make this version work?

The only way is to spend the dev time and update the patches to support that version.
