Can we create an llms.txt file for Phoenix? Similar to Svelte's llms.txt file

I don't think that we need our own solution for Phoenix here. There is https://hex2txt.fly.dev/phoenix/llms.txt for example and when there is progress on elixir-lang/ex_doc#1976, this might also be something out of the box for all projects using ExDoc.

That said, we could add a redirect on phoenixframework.org once we have a good solution.

Yes, we should focus on solutions for the whole ecosystem, then you would have hexdocs.pm/phoenix/llms.txt. Also note there is a MCP for Hex.pm too, which can be used for finding docs for any package (or a collection of them).
