This is a specific area but it should cover the general source code option from tinyMCE in multiple locations from legacy settings area.

This could be a regression as 3.4 is showing this source code text area fully.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with role access to Journal Settings (admin, JM, JE)
2. Navigate to Journal Settings > Setup > Masthead > About the Journal
3. Click on <> button

Expected Result

Text area fully expanded to read the source code more easily

Actual Result

Shrunken text area that is difficult to read.
