GOALS

Close all open PRs, incorporating changes or commenting as to why PR won't be implemented.

The lines are getting blurred between v0.5.0 and v1.0.0 during this exercise as several PRs are related to using new Jekyll built-in features. Maybe I'll split this work into more manageable pieces (multiple v0.5.x milestones), and refocus / refine the v1.0.0 goals.

• v0.5.x will focus on PR clean-ups
• v1.0.0 will focus on support & compatibility for most recent Jekyll, plus new JB features (like multi-language support)

TL;DR: Some PRs will be moved to v1.0.0.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Just because an issue or PR is listed here does not mean that it is 100% approved for inclusion in the next release or two. It just means that I'll be taking a closer look. When able, I'm closing PRs that are obviously incompatible with JB's code or vision. Many more may hit the chopping block. :/
