Is it possible to slow scroll speed in Parallax?

hey, I've made a parallax using react-spring and wanted to slow scroll speed. I've found link smooth scroller but I think parallax has conflicts with this lib. could you help to find a right solution for slowing scroll speed?

i've decided to control scroll through browser, here code:

maybe there are some better practises?
and it works only for scroll on desktop
