Detailed Report "data_group_id" Incorrect #1861
Description
The "data_group_id" is being incorrectly set to the Rule ID in many situations. I am struggling to diagnose and fix this issue.
Occurring for 73 rules of the 2019 ruleset (almost all of sections 1, 22, 23) (select rules in sections 5, 16, 19)
