Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

rich text editor width should be fixed at 100% of its container space

Observed Behavior

width starts at 1 character wide, and then increases to fit the contents written as you type.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a rich text editor without text to a webpart - confirm the width is minimum possible. Start typing, see it grow in width

to resolve I did this:
