In my head, this would go without saying, but thinking about it a little I'm realizing that this is probably an important thing to spell out: if your "praise" entails any mention of a person's physical characteristics (including their physical abilities or how they dress), it's looking at the wrong things.

I mean, when I had the original intent of this project in mind, it was for praising contributors to open-source projects on GitHub, where you generally can't know this stuff, but when I think about ways this could start to go wrong, this is one of the first ways I think of.
