before the transfer of ownership of this repository, I had a github page that would demo a little bit with screenshot the end product, it's available raw here in the repository: https://github.com/project-satisfy/satisfy/blob/gh-pages/index.html

Yet, it's not really "documentation".

The whole documentation is the readme. You should be able to run pretty quickly by following the steps.
At the end, it's "just" an UI for Satis.
