Download and upload the whole project

Meaning:

• no need to select any files
• no need to deal with the "intermediate archive" in CoCalc
• that archive does not count against disk quota, so it is possible to download a project that uses 70% of the allowed disk space

Probably only regular files and folders should be included since .local .cache etc. may create more problems than benefits. Those who understand those folders are welcome to use other means.

The goal here is "save my data in case I will return to it later and do not worry if CoCalc will store it for free".
