Upstream tutorials at SciPy24 and EuroSciPy24 conferences

This year, we (will) have given tutorials at two conferences. The sources can be found at

• scipy-2024-image-analysis/tutorial and
• scikit-image/euroscipy24-tutorial.

We should upstream improvements and changes made in these to this repository. I plan to do a PR after EuroSciPy next week is done. Feel free to remind me if this falls through the cracks.
