Instrument Panel v0.5.1.1

All the main instruments are working in this release, including a new navigation panel that shows your com, nav and adf frequencies. It now also supports the Savage Cub as well as the Cessna 152 and Cessna Skyhawk G1000.

This release also includes a Raspberry Pi build. It has only been tested on a Raspberry Pi 4 and requires the Allegro 5 library as described in the README.

Although not quite complete the code is in a working state and perfectly useable with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 so I have created a first release for Windows 64-bit.
