Issue Setting Scale on Spot ID v2

Hello,

Thank you very much for the time and effort put into this software, it is incredibly helpful.

I am having some issues with Spot ID v2. Our group often works with FFTs instead of direct diffraction patterns. When indexing a pattern, I can use Spot ID v1 with great success. However, when I attempt to use the same pixel size parameters and scale information and manually mark the the pattern in v2, it is unable to find candidates. In the spot list, the d spacing matches what I input into v1 and what I have manually calculated. Could you provide any insights as to why this may be the case?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the SpotID v2 feature not functioning properly with FFT images.
If possible, could you please upload the FFT image? (You may also send it by email.)
I'll try debugging using that image.

My apologies, I imported my structure with a cif file, but did not add it to the crystal list. User error on my part. However, I have also noticed that when I import an FFT (JPEG format), the pattern is rotated 180 degrees and flipped vertically. Is this intentional? Is there a way to undo these alterations?

Indeed, it was strange behavior. It has been fixed in the latest version, so please try it out.
