Components question

Hi, I have entered the API details for both Octopus and Fox in my apps.yaml with auto connect set to false currently. Is it just a case of toggling them on and Predbat will simply ignore the currently configured settings in the same way enabling/disabling PredAI does?

What do you mean by auto connect set to false?

For octopus once you configure the account key and API, predbat will use them.

Looks like fox_automatic in apps.yaml does control whether the fox cloud is used or not

But no octopus equivalent. Simply comment out the lines to stop these options from being activated

Apologies, instead of auto connect i meant fox_automatic and carbon_automatic. I have put octopus_automatic as false. Must have misread when setting up if it isn't supported. I was just wondering if I had to comment out my original config to use the API's or just set them to True.

But, I've just noticed I'd missed the end of this sentence "Set to true to automatically configure Predbat to use this Component (no need to update apps.yaml)" which seems to answer my question.
