Probably being an idiot - batpred not staying active

Ok so followed the installation videos etc and everything seems to be reporting as it should, solcast is working, giv tcp is all setup, octopus is installed etc. All of them are reporting but the Predbat Active switch won't stay on?
any clues as to what to check or what would help problem solve it?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but Predbat active is only on when it is calculating the plan. It's not active all the time.
