Colima not supported

I'm trying to use thv but I use Colima so it's not working

bin/thv client setup                       
A new version of ToolHive is available: v0.2.5
Currently running: v8ef1a70-dirty
Error: failed to create client manager: no supported container runtime available: container runtime not found

Steps to reproduce

On an m4 Mac using Colima as the runtime, run thv client setup

bin/thv client setup                       
A new version of ToolHive is available: v0.2.5
Currently running: v8ef1a70-dirty
Error: failed to create client manager: no supported container runtime available: container runtime not found

Expected behavior

Setup the client

Actual behavior

Doesn't setup the client

Environment (if relevant)

• OS/version: darwin
• ToolHive version: .25
