Resolves #8297

Description

This pull request fixes linebreak and basic formatting issues in lib/node_modules/@stdlib/array/generic/benchmark/benchmark.fast_elements_array_length_heuristic.js and other affected files:

What is the purpose of this pull request?
-Converts Windows-style CRLF line endings to Unix-style LF line endings.

-Corrects spacing issues in require statements.

-Ensures files pass ESLint and EditorConfig linting rules.

-Improves cross-platform consistency and formatting for benchmark scripts.
