[Store] Add lifecycle management commands

As discussed in #285, the Store component must be able to setup and drop stores while using dedicated commands.

As the interface ManagedStoreInterface is introduced via #328, a new PR must be created to add the commands.

This should also enable us to do integration tests for those aspects of the bridges.
