Splite the whole tex file into several small chapter tex file

Now the whole content of the book is all in `concurrency-primer.tex`. For maintainability and easier future expansion, I think it would be better if splite the large tex file into several tex file based on chapter, for example:
`1.background.tex`
`2.Enforcing law and order.tex`
and so on.
