Typo in 05-ts-immich-gpu/linux-host

After some troubleshooting of 05-ts-immich-gpu/linux-host, found a type in the compose file.
line 18 should be - TS_SERVE_CONFIG=/config/serveconfig.json to match the serveconfig.json file name.
