Bestpractice for Tailwindcss 4.0 and Django

Hello.
I have been trying for days to integrate tailwindcss 4.0 into a Django project created in and by PyCharm.

Without success.

Are there any experiences and maybe step by step instructions to manage the installation,

I am working on an iMac with M3 processor if that is not important.
PyCharm Professional is used as IDE and their support says it's not up to them.
