Weird :not(#\#) modifiers

Since migrating to Tailwind v4 all my classes get created with those :not(#\#):not(#\#):not(#\#):not(#\#) modifiers. I cannot find anything about this in the docs though. Is it possible to disable this? It bloats my generated CSS and breaks specificity in some situations.

The :not() parts seem to be added by postcss-preset-env. Tailwind wouldn't have any control over this, see csstools/postcss-plugins#1556. Specifically, these are added by postcss-cascade-layers.
