[Gen AI tools V2] Configuration helpers

New gen AI tools present on #1872 are really difficult to use due to a huge lack of documentation / configuration exemples.

The aim of this ticket is to create an helper (terminal based) it may use some TUI library (for instance Textual, such as DirectoryTree). That would help user generate any JSON configuration file for each of those script and use as much information as possible from the exported tock settings :

• Observability Settings with keys (from Gen AI > Observability settings)
• Rag Settings with keys (from Gen AI > Rag Settings)
• Compressor Settings (from Gen AI > Compressor Settings)

This ticket will group all issues related to the helpers for each scripts.
