Searching for a package on the Typst Universe whose name contains a hyphen (e.g., cetz-plot, frame-it) yields no results, despite the package existing.

This is definitely a bug but you can work around it for now by putting quotes around the search term. The reason is that the hyphen is parsed a start of a negative predicate for filtering.
