Incorrect spaces in symbol lists #663

Description
On the symbol lists, the escape codes contain incorrect spaces. For example, being displayed as \u{ 1F978 }. Copying using the button copies the string without spaces, as intended.
Additionally, dots are followed by spaces in the list below each symbol. For example, face. meh instead of face.meh. When clicking on the symbol, the name is displayed properly, and copies properly as well.
