Error messages in Improve Panel are not copy-paste friendly

Description

When selecting text of an error message in the Improve Panel and then letting to, the highlight immediately disappears and the editor gains focus. It would be a nice if there was a way to copy-paste that text (while keeping the ability to jump to the editor).

As an alternative for copy-pasting, it's possibly to hover over the error in the editor and copy from the tooltip.
