Broken clipboard history after strict, reverted but no help

Hi, as the title suggest, i tried the strict recommendation(and didnt change anything), but later on my clipboard history dont work(it show but failed to show new content), anyway i can revert it back to normal, it is only clipboard history i want, others are fine by me.
