JSON.CLEAR always returns 1 when clearing string

Always Returns 1 if clearing a JSON string value regardless of the length of the JSON string value including empty string.

tested on valkey:8.1.0 docker (with valkey-json 1.0.0).

Do we want to return 0 instead? I guess that would be a breaking change though. Maybe we can start with documenting this behaviour. Thanks @momadvisor for raising the PR.

I didn't submit the PR with the expectation that it would actually be adopted. It was intended to demonstrate that it behaves differently from the official documentation. Thank you for your response
