Conditions for triggering a coup? #5

Description

@ckx000

I checked the latest BGS Guide. It states:

Coups
When a non-controlling faction gets above 60%, it automatically triggers a coup conflict, resulting in a war or election with the controlling faction. A faction’s ability to rise above 60% happens if the coup faction has no assets or could rise above the other factions in some other way, such as being in retreat.

Due to this colonization update, I have colonized a system and plan to develop my preferred faction into the controlling faction
Initially, I steadily increased influence, causing my faction to trigger an election conflict with the controlling faction.
But something went wrong, and the election failed
Moreover, I forgot about the cooldown mechanism and continued to increase my faction's influence, resulting in my faction's influence (inf) surpassing that of the controlling faction
At this point, I noticed the guide mentioned Coups, and in my system, only one asset (the space station) belonged to the controlling faction, while my faction had no assets
Therefore, I continued to push my faction's influence above 60%. However, several days passed, and the system still did not enter a Coup state。
May I ask what went wrong here? Or did I overlook some conditions?
