Allow for Split Payments

The other payment gateway available to South African merchants allows for split payments between 2 accounts.
Payfast also allows for split payments - https://developers.payfast.co.za/docs#splitpayments

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow for even just limited split payments on an account-wide basis, as a percentage split.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use Paystack, which offers this functionality.

A merchant recently reached out to request this feature. They did initially reach out to Payfast and they shared that the plugin must be edited in order to support split payments as mentioned here.

This merchant worked with Payfast to create a workaroud for now (editing the plugin). They have removed ['setup']['split_payment'] as they mentioned it must be excluded from signature string (shared by the merchant):

I'm unsure if removing this will cause other issues but did want to share the info shared by this merchant.
