src/common/interfaces/event.interface.ts missing Permission Events

The permission has been available over webhook and API since 8.2.0. However, the event interfaces has not been updated with this.

import the events from src/authorization/interfaces/permission.interface.ts to src/common/interfaces/event.interface.ts and create the Permission event interfaces.
