Unclear documentation where the layouts directory is

By default Zellij will load the `default.kdl` layout, found in the `layouts` directory (a subdirectory of the `config` directory [config/layouts]).

This does not really tell me where the layouts directory actually is.

I assume that the directory is $HOME/.config/zellij/layouts, but the wording here is not 100% clear to me.

If someone of the maintainers confirms that this is actually the layouts directory, I can submit a PR to fix the wording here.

I just tested this, and this seems to be the actual path. PR incoming.
