Describe the Issue
Some features like multiple deposits, solana ALT, sui withdraw and call might need to be disabled in case something goes wrong.
Purpose of this issue is to find best approach to do it - most likely adding generic feature flags in zetaclient configuration file.

Expected Outcome
Features can be toggled by changing config value and restarting zetaclient.
