Bump the Ask AI widget from v0.1.0 to v0.3.6 (#392)

Picks up the host-stylesheet-proof panel geometry (the panel was
rendering off-screen here), server error messages in the widget, and
trimming of hung messages on restore. No prop or protocol changes for
this mount.
