Integration with Microsoft/Google Calendar and a separate view in the Ticketing-System for planning.
Maybe side-by-side view so you can drag-and-drop open tickets on to the calendar with the ability to choose which user it gets assigned to.
Then maybe a new field under details where the planned time is recorded and a new status tab for "scheduled" Tickets.
