Add multiple UNISWAP_FACTORY contract #2

Description :
Currently, only 1 Uniswap Factory contract is supported.
1 - In the event of a low liquidity pair (not very likely as AAVE supported assets are big caps) the exchange rate could present a large slippage
2 - Could find better exchange rate in another Uniswap Factory compare to the hardcoded Uniswap Factory
Solution / Hint :
- Add a function that get and compare the exchange rates and return the best route for the swapping
- Let the users choose which Uniswap Factory they want to use ?
