Unbundle transaction path in description #18
Description
This is not necessary if we decide to go the route of combining the voting app and delay app, but if we keep the delay app this is important to address:
Currently all votes that go through delay app will be displayed with the same description and its impossible for a voter to determine whether to approve or reject.
This issues was tackled in https://github.com/aragonone/approvals and can be used as an example. Essentially we want to be able to display the full transaction path so a user knows not just that the intent will be passed to delay, but what will be executed after the delay.
