Need help. Something wrong with nema 23 motor or tb6600 overheat

The motor suddenly sound very strange. And it says max steps on error code. I have stringing more than 50 racket. Its work flawlessly. Until today. When i stringing suddenly this happen. Do you know something? Or the motor and the tb6600 need to be replace.

On the surface the motor is not hot at all. But the tb6600 is very hot..

Please enter hardware test mode when powering on
(hold the MID button during boot), and check whether all sensors can pass the test normally.

Failed at t14 and t15. Ita when press right key to fwd and left key to backwards

Normally, when you press the right key, the platform should move to the right. Likewise, pressing the left key should move it to the left.
Is it completely reversed right now? (The video isn’t very clear.)

If your hardware hasn’t been modified and it suddenly behaves like this, that’s quite unusual.

Do you happen to have a spare TB6600 to swap and test? Stepper motors usually don’t fail, but I’ve encountered several faulty TB6600 drivers before.

it doesnt move at all when I press the button. either to the left or to the right. i dont have tb6600 spare. but I assume my tb6600 is faulty because of overheat. I will post again when I test with the new TB6600.

You might consider using a DM542C — it’s generally better quality and runs quieter.
Just be careful, as there are many variants out there, and only one type is directly compatible.

I have repalce the tb6600 with the new one. And its still doesnt move. So i think the stepper motor is the one that broken.
