Structure: Custom base on HW1
Location: Thailand
Notes: great stability after stringing over 20 rackets. I have also integrated a custom 20V battery mount(stanley fatmax).
For the next, I plan to redesign the structure to be more compact and improve its aesthetics

my 3D model isn’t quite perfect yet—it still needs a lot of adjustments after printing. Once I finish revising the design, I’ll share the file. Hopefully it’ll look better and be easier to print.

i use L-shape alu 6063 for main structure attached between1610 and bracket crank (same HW1 structure).

Notes: Did about maybe 30 string jobs so far, so far so good. Swapped out the original 1605 screw to a 1610 for faster tensioning, and switched to the DM542C for quieter operation. Still slightly slower than a commercial machine, but still more than good enough for home and personal use. The stringing machine itself is an Eagnas Comet 11, for those curious.

Your build looks really clean, and I noticed the print quality of your 3D parts seems excellent as well.

Would you mind sharing what 3D printer you used? The material also looks very nice — is it PETG or another type of filament?

Thanks! I printed all the parts using my Flashforge AD5X. I used Elegoo Rapid PETG (in various colors). I slowed down the print speed quite a bit, giving me nicer quality and better strength.

Second hand CB10 machine. I developed fixed automatic clamp capabilities for better stringing results. I did around 200 rackets without any problems. Also I currently work on a new 3D conception to improve 3d printing results.

The fixed automatic clamp system is really impressive.

Nut56 has also contributed a lot to this project — we’ve discussed many different 3D printing and design challenges together over time.
