The worker returns HTTP 522

I tried to use the _worker.js from this repo, the web-obsfucator to build the clear code and the obsfucated code, but it didn't work.

And I rollback to the old version of EDtunnel, which could run normally in the past 1 year, but it returns HTTP 522 again.

Why?
I think maybe Cloudflare change their worker functions or some other things that make these problems.

If you want more logs or information, I'm glad to provide them.
