"Send email" should allow to send custom message (without any template)

Our email integration allows users to send a (template) mail to one or more contacts. (see https://chatwoot.help/hc/aam-digital/articles/1756720692-send-e_mail-and-use-mail-templates#send-mail)

In some cases, users may want to type a completely custom message, without starting with a template. We should allow that option from the send dialog also:

New UX suggested:

1. If no template is selected from dropdown, still enable the "Send Mail" button anyway
2. If clicked on without a template, use a default empty body and subject

Hi @sleidig . i have question.
If the template is empty, the subject and body input fields will be displayed. Does it need to be checked whether they are empty before submission?
