Better package Accumulo server jar #3
Description
Rename artifact "alldeps" to "server" since we changed the strategy from including every dependence of Graphulo to including only those dependencies that are not in original versions of Graphulo.
Find a better way of excluding all jars included with the Accumulo distribution, ideally automatically. Make sure nothing breaks when used with older Accumulo servers.
