This project is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 (see LICENSE). This CLA is intended to confirm that ActiDoo GmbH and downstream recipients have the rights to use your contributions under that license.

You grant to ActiDoo GmbH and to recipients of software distributed by ActiDoo GmbH a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and such derivative works.
You grant to ActiDoo GmbH and to recipients of software distributed by ActiDoo GmbH a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by your Contributions alone or by combination of your Contributions with the project to which such Contributions were submitted.
If You institute patent litigation against any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that your Contribution or the project infringes a patent, then any patent licenses granted under this CLA to that entity for that Contribution or project shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.
You represent that:
- Each of your Contributions is an original work created by You, and You have the right to submit it under the terms of this CLA; or
- Your Contribution is based upon previous work that, to the best of your knowledge, is covered by an appropriate open source license and You have the right and permission to submit that work with modifications under the terms of this CLA; and
- You are legally entitled to grant the licenses in this CLA.
You agree to notify the maintainers (e.g., in the pull request description) if any Contribution includes or depends on third-party material that is not already under the project’s license terms, and to provide the applicable license/attribution information.
You are not expected to provide support for your Contributions unless You choose to do so.
This CLA applies to all Contributions submitted by You, now and in the future, unless You explicitly state otherwise at the time of submission.
