Version 1.0 – Business-Only Commercial Use

1. License Purpose

This license governs the use of the MyMirror Platform, a secure autonomous AI browser and execution environment.

This software is licensed exclusively for paid business use.

There is no free commercial use and no open-source redistribution under this license.

The platform is released security-first, with future expansion reserved by the author.

2. Ownership & Authorship

All intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • System architecture
  • Class structure
  • AI governance model
  • Browser-as-vessel design
  • Agent lifecycle doctrine
  • Memory and simulation systems

is the original work of Adam Hatchett.

Ownership is not transferred by purchase, deployment, or use.

3. Permitted Use (Business Only)

You may use this software only if:

  • ✅ You are a registered business or organization
  • ✅ You have obtained a paid commercial license from the author
  • ✅ Use is limited to internal business operations

Permitted Business Domains Include:

  • Enterprise security
  • Fraud detection
  • Secure browsing environments
  • Anomaly detection
  • Defensive monitoring systems

4. Commercial License Requirement

⚠️ Payment is required before deployment.

Without a paid license, you may not:

  • ❌ Modify
  • ❌ Integrate
  • ❌ Host
  • ❌ Offer services using this platform

Licensing Models May Include:

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • ❌ Use it for personal, hobby, or academic projects
  • ❌ Remove attribution or copyright notices

This is not open source.

6. No Derivative Platforms

You may not create derivative platforms that replicate:

  • The browser-vessel model
  • The autonomous agent architecture
  • The governed memory system
  • The recursive self-observing design

Even if rewritten from scratch, architectural cloning is prohibited.

7. Attribution

All deployments must include attribution:

Attribution must be visible in documentation or internal system descriptions.

8. Enforcement & Audit Rights

The author reserves the right to:

  • Verify license compliance
  • Terminate licenses for violations
  • Pursue remedies for unauthorized use

Violation results in immediate license termination.

9. No Warranty

This software is provided "as is".

The author assumes no liability for:

  • Data loss
  • Security incidents
  • Business interruption
  • Improper configuration

All risk is assumed by the licensee.

10. Future Licensing & Scaling

The author explicitly reserves the right to:

  • Introduce open or community licenses in the future
  • Offer dual licensing
  • Re-license future versions
  • Expand platform domains beyond security

This license applies only to the current release.
