Support AdGuard Assistant

Issue Details

Would be nice if AdGuard for Linux also provided AdGuard Assistant, so I can easily see that AdGuard is working properly, and can disable it temporarily, or block extra things.

Proposed solution

Match AdGuard Assistant functionality as per other platforms.
