The AdGuard VPN tile is not highlighted on Huawei devices if VPN was enabled via the button on Home screen

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add AG VPN tile to Quick settings panel
2. Launch AG VPN
3. Tap on Connect button on the main screen

Expected Behavior

AG VPN tile is active and blue

Actual Behavior

AG VPN tile is inactive and grey
