MV3 is excluded on purpose as we can't update quickly. Maybe tbe rules for iOS can be used as they're safer, thought not as effective in turn.

I don't believe there was any cache for that site, as it was my first time ever loading it on Chrome.

So far, no ads have fully loaded with the new rule. however, the placeholders are still there.

Edit: Never mind. One just loaded as I posted this. Also, I had cleared the cache this time, so that didn't help either.
